I've lived here for the best part of 40 years and it has been so handy for a short walk to the shops or jumping in the car for the motorway when I used to play football.
The garden is a real oven when the sun is out and it makes the house lovely and warm too.
The size of the bathroom has always impressed me with enough room for a shower and a bath in there as well. There is work to be done but I know someone will love living here and will make it their home just like I have for so many years.
