I bought this property in 2003 and the parkland is really what added the extra something to this house. I also love the fat buses/trains and shops were all on my door step and the lucky new owner will have the Crossrail just a bus ride away.
I am relocating to another part of Kent and will be sad to see this house go as I have re-modelled and re-modernised the property over my time here and it is a sanctuary for me.
