This has been a really great place to live and we have been very happy with both the house and the location. The house used to belong to an architect and he re-designed the layout of the kitchen and hallway area. This works really well because it gives it a nice open plan feel and a far more spacious kitchen as a result.
In our time in the house we have renewed the kitchen and have added a nice sized conservatory and made improvements to the garden. The location is ideal if you have children or if you commute. There is a good school in the same road and you can walk to Dartford station in approximately 10 minutes. It is also easy to access the M25 (Dartford Crossing) or the A2/M2.
The town centre is within a short walk and if you want a greater variety of shops and restaurants Bluewater is just a short distance away.
