When we bought our house, it needed a lot of work. The layout wasn't as we wanted it, but we knew that there was a lot of space to play with. We decided to redesign the ground floor layout and now we now have a fantastic kitchen/breakfast room and a separate lounge to the dining room which works so much better. We love being outdoors so having a decent size garden was important to us . We have landscaped the garden to make the most of it and we are always having family over for BBQ's in the summer months.

The proximity to everything here is so good. We have local shops nearby, a large supermarket and the designer outlet that is easy to walk to and the station is about a 10 minute walk.
