VENDOR COMMENTS We purchased 359 Reddings Lane as first time buyers. We brought it for the location as it is easy access for both Solihull and Birmingham and near relatives in Solihull lodge. During our time at the property we have installed a new bathroom and kitchen and updated the front bedroom. We lived at the property for five happy years with lovely neighbours. When a new career in London started and my brother moved in with his girlfriend we rented the property out for a year charging a rent of £575 pcm. However now with an updated kitchen which was installed after the tenancy ended and the fact that there is a really well-maintained private garden in this weather that my step-brother maintains on a bi-weekly basis I am sure the rental value will be a lot higher.
