Property description
This well-presented detached bungalow is found in a level position with great access to Copplestone’s amenities and transport links. It offers a large double garage with utility/workshop space and study upstairs, plus decked gardens and off road parking.
Well House is an individual detached bungalow which the owners have enjoyed living in and continued to improve since it was built in 2002. They have really enjoyed the great access to transport links with Copplestone train station which lies on the Tarka Line between Exeter and Barnstaple, plus the regular bus service from the A377, having the shop, pub and primary school also being within walking distance.
The accommodation is well-presented with light and neutral colours used throughout. The lounge/diner has bags of natural light plus doors to the garden, the kitchen is well fitted with acrylic sink, built in oven with hob, plus space for dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. There are two double bedrooms with a white suite family bathroom and an en-suite serving the master bedroom.
The double garage is large with roller up and over doors, having plenty of space for the utility area (plumbed and powered for washing machine, tumble drier etc) which could make a workshop. There is a full staircase up to a study/occasional room and a fully plumbed WC. This offers the opportunity to create a self-contained annexe to the house, subject to permissions.
In front of the double garage is off road parking for two vehicles. There are two main garden areas to both sides, which are decked with some pretty flower beds and borders surrounding. The property is completely detached so you can walk around the perimeter and the gardens are completely enclosed by modern timber fencing.

DIRECTIONS
From Crediton take the A377 in a north westerly direction for about 4 miles until arriving in Copplestone. Pass through the traffic lights, over the railway bridge and bear around to the right staying on the A377 then turn right into Station Road and right again to stay on Station Road, Well House will be found on your right before reaching the train station.
Copplestone is a 5-minute drive west of Crediton on the A377, a main route into the City of Exeter. A stone’s throw to the southwest is Dartmoor National Park, renowned for its invigorating walks and sublime scenery. Previously a traditional farming hamlet, Copplestone has grown over the years, and now offers a fantastic selection of new-build, fully modern homes. This, coupled with its own primary school and locality to Queen Elizabeth’s Community College in Crediton, makes it perfect for families moving to Devon. The village has a strong camaraderie between residents, with a local church holding many events and in the local pub The Cross – where patrons chat by an open fire and enjoy fine ales. The pub gets its name from a 3m carved granite cross, found in the village centre, of Saxon origin and steeped in mythology. There is also a shop/post office for convenience, and regular transport links (bus and train) towards Exeter, North Devon and Okehampton.
