We love the village of St Nicholas at Wade and really wanted to retire here. When it came to that time to start looking for our retirement home we were shocked at the prices in the village. They were totally out of our financial reach. Feeling very despondent we were talking to some friends in the village who suggested that we look at Frost Farm. The site is great, there are only ten homes here and we can walk into the village in five minutes. We generally go on holiday during the Winter period so the fact the site is closed for 2 weeks and secure whilst we are away is an added benefit.
