Having grown up in the village, we knew we wanted to stay in Southwater and when we viewed the maisonette in College Road we put an offer in straight away. The light and spacious rooms attracted us to the property and the large amount of storage space and open plan living area was ideal. Our own garden has been an added bonus and we enjoy the sunny weather out there as a family. There is also a great sense of community spirit amongst the neighbours.
We will be sad to leave our maisonette but will be staying in the village.
