We lived here happily through our retirement, enjoying the large secluded garden where we entertained friends and family.

We enjoyed visiting the charming village of Alfriston which is nearby and loved being near the countryside and the sea.

There's easy access to Eastbourne and Brighton with buses which pass the door making shopping trips easy.

We found the bungalow very warm and cosy in the winter and we hope whoever buys our home will be as happy as we have been.
