My mother has lived at the property for a number of years and loved how central it was to get to the shops and people watch.

Having a courtyard garden was ideal as it was a place to enjoy but without the need for constant maintenance.

The garage too was great to store items and is big enough to hold a car.

Unfortunately she can no longer look after the property and due to ill health has let it get into slight disrepair.
