Preston Parks is open for ten & a half months per year, so it would suit someone who may live abroad and be looking for a base in the UK, or someone who has family nearby and is looking to visit regularly, or purely to use as a holiday home!

The pitch fees are currently £2,600 per year with the rates being £462.84 in 2015, to include the water rates, resident fees, meaning the only bills are for bottled gas and a quarterly electricity bill.

Please note children are allowed to visit but not reside on this site.

What attracted me most to this site was the fact it was so quiet and a great place to escape the hustle and bustles of day to day life.
When I bought it I redecorated throughout and last year I had a new boiler installed with new radiators making it very cosy indeed!
There's a parking space next to the home and a patio area which is lovely for barbecues in the summer, and also a storage box for outside furniture.

I've loved having the use of the property but now looking to invest in a different area.
I hope the new owners enjoy it as much as I have done!
