We have lived very happily here for the last 16 years, and it really is like being on holiday, especially through the summer months, where some of the residents take a bottle of wine and a picnic down to the riverfront green, and watch the sun go down. If you wish to venture further, the bus stop is situated at the top of the road.

The development is really well maintained and cared for and there are often resident get togethers or day trips for those who wish to participate. There's a great community spirit here.

Cost of living is so cheap we are band A for council tax and the ground rent of £160.80 per month also covers water and sewage.
