Double glazing is standard with full central heating, they are manufactured to residential standards for year round holiday use.To the site these lodges will cost at the lower end starting from £79,995.00, for the Cosalt two bed and £89,995.00 for the Rosemary two/three bed. There will be no rates or site fees for the first twelve months, rates in the second year will be charged as rated by the local authority, ground rent will be £1,995 per annum, electricity will be metered, gas will be bottled, water rates £80 per annum. There will be a one off charge of £1,600 to erect the chalet plus a delivery charge of £1,900.
