Property description

Littlebourne is a much sought-after village on the outskirts of Canterbury and enjoys being located on a bus route for convenient access to the City. The village offers a countryside location and living whilst never being too far from local amenities. The bungalow is located on the Canterbury side of the village as one enters and is conveniently located towards the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring there is no continuous flow of commuter traffic passing by the front door.

The home is well sited on the crest of a valley and stunning views can be enjoyed from the rear garden across a field, down into the valley and up the other side in the far distance. 3 church spires at multiple distances can be viewed from here at present.

The rear garden also benefits from having a modern wooden outbuilding with separate end storage room and could be used for a multitude of purposes, such as a home office, hobby room, music room, for additional storage and more.

Once inside, both bedrooms provide excellent views of the rear garden and valley beyond and this is a real bonus feature of this home. The kitchen/diner is quite spacious, as is the separate living room, both of which are to the front.

What the Owner says:

I love being out of the City within a village location and having the opportunity each and every day to enjoy stunning views from my bedroom and rear garden across a 5 church-spired valley. I am only seeking to move as my dogs are outgrowing my home and I just need a little more outdoor space where I can more fully train them for future agility trials. Otherwise, I would not be leaving such a wonderful location and a home that really does suit my lifestyle. I regularly commute to London by train and the High Speed train from Canterbury is not too far away at all. The bus route at the end of my road is really quite convenient!
