Directions - From Crediton: Take the A377 main road in a north-westerly direction for about 4 miles until arriving in Copplestone. Take the first fork on the left onto the A3072 and follow the road for about 3 miles to the village of Bow. Proceed straight through the village and continue for approximately another 4 miles, turning right just past Newland Mill (still on the A3072) as signed to Jacobstowe and Hatherleigh. Follow this road going past the village of Sampford Courtenay, continuing for about another 2 miles, and turn right into the village of Exbourne. Upon reaching Exbourne Cross turn right proceed straight down into the village, passing the Red Lion Inn and church on the right hand side, passing the turning for Fore Street whereupon the property will be found after a short distance upon the right hand side.
