I bought this property for my daughter so that she could have somewhere of her own and it has been perfect for her.
The garden is obviously a huge benefit but it was being so close to the local amenities that really make it such a wonderful place to live. The local parks and green spaces mean that it is easy to get outside for fresh air and peace and quiet and there are lots of transport links nearby so getting around is easy even if you don’t drive.
The development in which the property is located is quiet and friendly and has a really nice atmosphere. I never felt that I had to be concerned about safety and I can see the property being equally suited to professional people, a young family or even downsizers.
