When we first chose the plot, it was the fact it was detached that appealed so much. All the others were all attached and having a bit more privacy is always nice.

Another big reason we went for this development was that you get an en-suite for each bedroom on top of a downstairs cloakroom. You probably won't need three toilets in a two bedroom house but it's always a nice option especially when entertaining!

The car port and driveway have been more than enough parking for us but there is always parking up the road if needed. We've loved the house since we've been here and hope the next owner has the same for many years to come.
