I purchased the property after a long search as I really liked its size.

Its location, close to Chingford Mount really is a great asset and the off street parking has been a great benefit to this home. As it is set in a quiet close, there is a real sense of community here.

After some happy times, I am looking to down size and stay in the same area. I loved my time here and feel sad to leave.
