When we came back from Spain, we were wanting to buy a property in the country and when we saw this, we fell in love with it. We couldn't believe how much space it had and having its own private garden was something that really appealed to us. We are both avid gardeners and it is lovely to be outside to tend to the plants and look on out to the woods beyond. There is also a good amount of footpaths through the local countryside that we've often enjoyed taking a stroll along. Since we have lived here, we have had external wall insulation installed and this has made an incredible difference to our heating bills. We gave also had the Windows double glazed and a new boiler installed in 2014/2015. We are only moving now to be closer to the town.
