This is such a lovely location. The popular Callis Grange school is just across the road which is ideal for those with children at or going to one of the areas best schools.
We have really liked the diversity of this property over the years as with there being two bedrooms and two reception rooms, you can change it so you can have three bedrooms and one reception room. You can really have it laid out how you really want it.
In the summer months the outside space is just as good as the inside. The garden is a lovely spot to spend summer days relaxing in the good weather.
