I have been here for the past seven years and have loved it as the area is so convenient for the shops. I have added the dual fuel burner for those nights when you don't need the central heating on to heat the whole bungalow, but this could easily be removed if someone didn’t want it. I have spent many an hour in the garden room watching the day go by as it is so quiet here.

If you have children then there are plenty of schools in the area, even a new junior school which has just been finished. Now it is time for me to make a fresh start, and I hope that the next owner has as many happy memories as I will be taking from here.
