Property description

SITUATION
The property is set in the small hamlet of Beals Mill having a picturesque brook running through the site with patio and garden either side of the water feature. The brook runs down to the river Inny at the bottom of the valley which in turn leads to the river Tamar roughly 1.5 miles down stream. Beals Mill is in the heart of the East Cornwall countryside, yet only a mile from Treburley village on the A388 renowned for the Springer Spaniel public house/restaurant and some 4 miles further to the north is the major town of Launceston on the A30 which provides a direct link to the M5 at Exeter. Roughly 1.5 miles south of Beals Mill is the village of Stoke Climsland which has a range of amenities including post office/shop, social club, primary school, church, Parish Hall with W.I, ballet, amateur dramatics and bowls. Callington town is some 5 miles south of Beals Mill with doctors, dentist, veterinary surgery and community college which has received some excellent Ofsted reports. The city of Plymouth is some 15 miles south of Callington.
