Property description
The holiday cottage which dates back to 1739, has recently been entirely re-built and renovated to an extremely high standard and is very well insulated and immaculately presented throughout. There is much potential for further extension of the cottage – perhaps with garden room, conservatory and further bedrooms – and for conversion of the Oak framed building in the grounds as a Guest Suite (subject to necessary planning consents). There is ample room in the grounds for construction of a timber lodge.
