Property description
If you are looking for that hard to find bungalow on the coast that you have always dreamed of then cast your eyes over this lovely home at St Marys Bay and your search will come to an end. Tucked away in a corner position just off the A259 at St Marys Bay the property has lots to offer including double glazing and central heating to keep you cosy all year round. There is an easy to manage sunny garden where you can relax with a book or perhaps entertain friends and family with a barbecue and the Conservatory means you can even enjoy the garden when it’s raining. There is also a handy Utility area off the Kitchen creating extra space which is always a bonus.
Location wise you have the choice of a walk along the beach, perhaps with a paddle along the way, or if you prefer there is open countryside to explore with leafy lanes and the odd sheep to keep you company. The village hall always has an event or two on to keep you entertained and there is a pub, takeaway and general store for those everyday essentials.
There is much more to this lovely bungalow than at first meets the eye so why not come along and look inside to get the complete picture.
What the Owner says:
I felt immediately at home here as soon as I walked through the front door and knew it was the property for me. The bus stop is at the end of the road so you can have a day out in Rye, Hastings or Ashford without the hassle of parking. The grandchildren love playing on the beach and there are lots of places to walk the dog as well. It’s time to move nearer the family now but I know that whoever buys will be really happy here.
