This property was my parents’ home and I have had some lovely memories over the years, sadly it is now time to pass it over to the new owners as it is more than I need.

The neighbours are also lovely and the street has retained its community feel which is great.

I decided to let the new owners place their stamp on it rather than renovate myself as work commitments leave me with little time to do so.

The property has a lovely garden with far reaching views so it is ideal for entertaining or just peaceful relaxation. I will be sad to say goodbye but pleased that it will go to some loving new owners.
