I saw this property on a rainy walk but immediately fell in love with it's location and still love it as much today.
To be able to pull on my walking boots and strike off around Chichester Harbour to 'The Old House at Home' in Chidham in one direction or the tea room in the marina in the other is lovely.
Prinsted is beautiful with its thatched cottages and character and it's so quiet living here.
It's great whatever the weather but comes into its own in the summer when you can kayak or sail from just a few minutes away.
Since buying the property I have redecorated and refurbished it throughout and it is now very cozy.
I love it here and will miss it but I hope the next owners enjoy it as much as I have.
