My sister had lived in this bungalow for a number of years and moved out to Peacehaven from Brighton because she wanted a little more peace and quiet.
She was looking for somewhere that she could call home but still be able to catch up with friends as and when she wanted. Being on the Coast Road meant she was close to the bus stops, so getting out and about was very easy for her.
There are also a couple of local shops near by for those daily essentials and if she wanted to do a bigger shop there was always the Co op or Brighton itself. She also loved to walk along the cliff top and down on the under cliff, she enjoyed being by the sea.
