We moved here some sixteen years and were initially drawn to it by the double bedrooms and the general size of the plot.

Over the years we have grown to appreciate its actual location, being a quite cul-de-sac, close to Hayling beach and a short distance from the main shops at Mengham.

The garden was also an important factor, at the time, but with the years catching up on us, it has become more of a task than a pleasure.

For various reasons, we have decided that a move is necessary but will certainly miss our neighbours who have all lived here longer than us.
