Property description

If you are looking to down size and be close to amenities, but do not want to compromise on space or peace and quiet, then this is a property you certainly need to take a look at. Located in the heart of Gravesend, tucked away on a quiet side road, yet within touching distance of the town centre, is this real hidden ‘gem’!

This deceptively spacious bungalow has it all. As soon as you step through your front door, you are greeted by the handy entrance porch that is ideal for your shopping trolley, coats and shoes. There are two good sized bedrooms, so there is plenty of room for when the grandchildren come over to visit. However, if that’s not enough room for you then there is an integral garage, which is the perfect place for your extra storage needs, but this could easily convert to become a third bedroom should you require the extra space. Also the shower room has been fitted specifically with ease and convenience in mind.

You will be relieved to know that there is no work to be done here! Just simply collect your belonging and move straight in. This bungalow has been well kept and maintained throughout, so the only work you will need to do is to "make it your own".

If you enjoy your outside space, you will be pleased to know that the conservatory really is your very own little peace haven overlooking the rear garden so, if you have "green fingers" then you will love pottering around in, not only the rear, but also the front garden.

What the Owner says:

Our parents lived in this bungalow since it was first built from brand new. They loved living here, and were very house proud, so ensured they kept it clean, tidy and well maintained.
Although, they had their own driveway to park a car, they didn’t really need a car, as everything is within an easy walk from here. The town centre is only a few minutes’ walk away, but even closer is the Asda, ideal for doing the weekly shop. And there’s even a handy post office in there too.
If Gravesend doesn’t have enough shops for you, then jump on the bus at the end of the road, and Bluewater is just a short ride away. You could always push the boat out, and venture off into London for the day, via the high speed service from Gravesend.
