I have been very happy here and even though I have only lived here for a year, I knew when I walked through the door this was the one for me.

I have improved the property by redecorating, putting in some new windows, landscaping the rear garden and am in the process of putting in a new bathroom which will be finished shortly.

The area is so quiet and being in a cul-de-sac is great because you have no through traffic. The reason why I am leaving so soon is down to me moving abroad to be nearer my daughter. I hope the next owner will be as happy as I have been living here.
