We have lived here for 17 years and have been very happy. The location is superb - we are a short stroll to the beach which is great for those summer moments!. Goring Parade of shops is particularly convenient and offers everything we need on our doorstep. Also the bus stop is close by so if you don't drive like us its not a problem.
We have adapted our home for disabled use and understand that certain improvements may need to be made.
Sadly its time to move on and we hope the new owners will be as happy living here as we have been.
