If you wish to apply for a rental property through Valentines the credit check fee is £70.00.WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE. A Further £75 (ADMIN FEE) will be due together with the first months rent in advance and the Deposit on the day of move in. If the credit check fee is paid by personal cheque we will have to wait for cleared funds before we process your application. Each tenant over the age of 18 is required to complete an application form. If you require a Guarantor they will also need to complete an application form. Applicants who are claiming housing benefit will automatically need a guarantor. The Guarantor will need a form of photographic ID. On the day of move in you will pay a months rent in advance plus a deposit which is normally the equivalent to a months rent plus the £75 application fee, in some cases landlords my request that you pay six weeks deposit.
