I have been here a number of years now and have always enjoyed the convenience of the property. I like the split level design having the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs because it makes it feel more like a house.

Having a secure storage facility downstairs is great if you have bicycles or tools that you want to keep out of the way, and I think one of the biggest selling points of my home is the size, and I doubt there are many flats on the market in this price bracket that can better the space on offer.
