This was a fantastic purchase for me when I was looking to downsize from a family home. I fell in love with it not only because of the space, but because of how practical it was going to be for me. Comparing it to what is on the market now I feel spoilt, not only do I have a garage to park my car, I'm just a short stroll away from Wallington high street where I can get anything I need from the huge range of shops. I've got a big family so when they come to visit I stroll down to the shops and often come back with bags of shopping, I love the fact I have the lift here and I honestly don't know how I would cope without it. I'm going to miss this flat but I'm now off to pursue a life with my family in a different location.
