This home has been a quiet, peaceful haven for our family to grow into (and ultimately out of!) We fell in love with the unique layout and spacious rooms, which give the house so much character, and with the original feature fireplaces and wooden fittings complementing the period atmosphere.
The garden has a wonderful secluded feel to it - one of the first things we did was lay the Indian Sandstone patio to enjoy the sunny mornings on.
The town and its good schools, shops and leisure facilities and railway station are in easy reach, and we are no more than 5 minutes from the Victoria Recreation Ground.
We will certainly miss the character of the house, but it is simply time to move on and allow the next owners to enjoy its special qualities.
