We have owned this investment property for over a decade and have always received a fantastic rental yield. Many people have told us this is not just down to the quality of finish, but also the magic of its location. What hit me on the day we first viewed was the volume of light and the feeling of space. We were also very pleased to have off road parking so close to the town. In fact it is in town centre! The lift will always be a blessing as the apartment is on the top floor.
