We were living in Bedfordshire, with both of us retired and our two daughters having flown the nest we were looking to downsize. Our eldest daughter was working in Horsham so we decided to focus our search here. We focused on a new development within Southwater called The Wickens and upon entering my wife knew this was 'the one'! The property is located on the south side of the building and with the sun streaming through the windows the place was flooded with light.
We have been pleased with our property for it is easy to manage and is comfortably warm in the winter. The added bonus is the range of amenities that have developed in Lintot Square in the nine years since we moved in.
