We have owned the property since new and it has been a great investment for us.

We were drawn to it because we could really picture ourselves there and knew anyone would be quite content living there.

The area always seems so peaceful and taking into account the motorway and train links you would not imagine it to be so. Also you have two local shops within a short stroll.

We have maintained our lovely apartment when required so confident whoever moves in will really enjoy it. I know I am biased but it really is a super little development.
