I brought this property from new and have loved it ever since.
If it was closer to work I would not move and because of this I will be sad to leave.

I have loved how spacious this property is and due to it being all up-together and modern it takes away any stress.
It has been nice to relax after a busy day overlooking the greenery from the balcony, winding down with a cup of tea or something stronger is perfect.
Of course the en-suite, modern kitchen, family bathroom, double bedroom and the parking space was the reason I purchased this home.

I will be sad to leave but I wish all the best too the new owners.
