I have loved this flat and am only moving to be closer to my family.
When I come home I shut the door on the day and it feels like an oasis of peace and quiet. The spare room makes a great dressing room and has also meant that I could have guests to stay on occasion. Of course this apartment would suit a young family too or maybe someone who is looking to down size.
The location is great for getting in and out of town - I use the A27 or the A259 to get into work as I am within a few minutes from either main road which makes the journey so much easier.
