When I was looking to buy it years ago we viewed a number of flats, but this one really stood out. I loved the size of the rooms and the flat seemed so much bigger than the others we had seen. The allocated parking and central location were also really important.

We have had it let in recent years and it has proved to be a great investment, now the tenants have moved on we have decided to sell. We have redecorated and re-carpeted the flat and once again it looks very good, the rooms look light and bright and really welcoming. We feel confident it will make someone a great home.
