My grandparents down-sized from just up the road to here and spent many years enjoying the conveniences of living here.
The space appealed as they had a lot of furniture. The lift is a great addition and the views to the rear are fantastic: evenings sat out on the balcony with a drink are very pleasant affairs.
Whilst the owners of all the apartments keep themselves to themselves there is a very good residents association and there are plenty of events organised throughout the year.
