Having lived in the area for most of our lives we were well aware of this development and knew the developers (Rydon Homes) had a very good reputation.
We loved the space and the interior, but as we bought off plan we were able to have some subtle changes made to work for our needs. The balcony has been a great space and we've spent plenty of time out there.
Since moving in we have had the kitchen re-fitted, added in spotlights and had double doors added in to the lounge from the hallway.
We've really enjoyed living here. There's a real community spirit without everyone being on top of each other.
