I looked at a number of apartments in East Grinstead and found that this property was larger than many that were similar.
Since moving in I have re-fitted the kitchen/diner, redecorated throughout and changed the flooring throughout. I have also installed a new boiler too.
I'll miss the amount of storage as well as the space. The garage-en bloc has been of great aid too.
It's been really convenient for my children to be able to go to school as well as me being able to get to work and of course the town centre.
I'll also miss the privacy the amount of trees that surround the building give.
