One of the things that attracted me to this flat was the location. It was close to the town and was ideal for the station, so made commuting to work incredibly easy. I also loved the fact that the flat was new, had the en-suite and had no maintenance to worry about whatsoever. At times, when I go away, it's a perfect lock up and leave flat, I think being on the top floor makes it ideal for that. Since living here I have re-decorated and re-carpeted throughout and also had built in wardrobes fitted to the second bedroom, there wasn't much else I needed to do other than move in! Having lived here myself and having rented it out too, I can honestly say it makes a great first home or ideal investment. I will certainly miss the convenience of living somewhere so accessible to everything.
