We bought this apartment because the location is perfect to enjoy City lifestyle. Canterbury is a lovely place to live and we have really enjoyed the time we have spent here. The outside space is a really plus so we can sit out with a glass of wine overlooking a lawn but still right in the City centre. The underground parking and secure gates provide a real piece of mind for day to day life and great if you are at work for long periods. We have found a new family home in the local area so we will be selling our apartment chain free.
