I love coming to Broadstairs and not many people can say that they can come out of their front door, walk around the corner and find themselves at the seaside. The walks along the cliff tops and the promenade are absolutely stunning regardless of what time of year it is.

Unlike a lot of apartments, this one comes with a garage en-bloc and parking space in front of it. Ideal for those who want to park securely off road but also have somewhere for storage.

Another thing I really like about this apartment is that it is so unique in comparison to others. The rooms, the layout, the high ceilings, there is just so much character here for anyone to enjoy.
