When I looked a few years ago, the important thing to me was size and location and this home met all my criteria. The lounge and bedroom are both lovely size rooms and were both bigger than most I looked at.
The location is so convenient with town being so close by when I need to grab the essentials. It’s also nice not to feel detached from everything which I felt with a couple of other places I viewed.
The only reason to move is to be closer to family and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my 8 years at the property.
