We brought this apartment for mum as she wanted to be near us and also near to Emsworth village.
We have redecorated it and it is now a light, bright and airy apartment and mum loved it here.
She felt secure and safe on the first floor and it also provided more light than the lower flats.
It is a friendly development and with a lift and entry-phone system. It is particularly handy and does not have the expensive maintenance charges as many other age restricted developments have as there is no resident warden.
Un fortunately mum was not here for long and we now need to sell it but hope that the next owner will enjoy it as much as our mum did.
