The house is 5 minute walk from the bus routes and town centre! With pubs and restaurants all around. It's the most popular location for young professionals in the whole town due to the restaurants and coffee shops on the high street just around the corner. Not to mention this is the area where all the other young professionals live too.

This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by me for rent as we will set-up a standing order each month.

The deposit is ZERO - We trust our tenants. Instead we ask for a simple guarantor signature with your contract. EASY. However, if you cannot provide a guarantor, we will be willing to receive a deposit from you.
